AUTOMECH ENGINEERING (Largest Machine Shops) provides precision CNC machining services for a variety of industries, automation Parts, Automotive, Oilfield Parts, Pump Shafts, Valve Bodies, Carriers, Casting Components Spindle Mandrel, Flow Sleeves &API Products Riser Flanges and Drilling Spools, Adapters etc..

My previous company ESTEX Provided Mainly precisely machine small parts of intricate and complex shapes from a variety of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, steel, titanium, medical, bronze, and Plastic Injection Moldings…

Quality Control:

• inspection of API 7-1 Drill Stem Subs & Threading for Rotary Shouldered Connections.API 6A Crossover Connectors, Top Connectors, Adapter & Spacer Spools, Flanged Connectors, Threaded Connectors & Other End Connectors..API 16A Drilling Spools, Adapters etc.

• Generate CMM Programs using PCDMIS, CALYPSO& CAPPSDMIS software, including complex features

• Checking of all components as per the quality plan based on the drawing. Reviewing & Approval of CMM Programs, Inspection Reports.

• Testing of Raw Materials. Testing and Checking the performance as well as quality of irrigation items as per ISO standards...

• Online inspection of Accurately compares product to engineering drawings/specifications, purchase order, and manufacturing orders using common manual inspection equipment, (Profile Projector, Smart scope, VMM, Gaugemaker Instruments& Thread Gauges, Micrometers, protractors, profile meters, bore gauges, Magna mike, Polari scope and Moisture tester etc.) to accept or reject product to customer engineering requirements.

• Inspects threads on joints of steel casings, tubings, drill pipes, and other tubular oil well equipment to detect defects and to determine conformance to specified tolerances in taper, lead, and threads per inch, using precision gauges and gaugemaker instruments: Measures machined threads and outside diameter of pipes to determine thread size, taper, threads per inch, and size of pipe to ensure clearance for lowering pipe into well, using thread gauge and micrometer.

• Part Quality Assurance & getting customer approval. Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures

• Calibrating the fixtures, Instruments,gauges, spindle runout test bar etc..

• Analyzing the quality issues & finding the root cause.

• Performing UT/PT/RT on products and interpreting results

• Run machines keeping strict tolerances on custom parts

• Calibration reports, Visual Inspection reports, Dimensional Inspection reports, NCRs (Non-conformance Reports), personnel qualification records, production reports and departmental metrics

• Review, verify and complete FAI data/reports and present to customer for Approval during FAI audit

• Analyzing problems and undertaking modifications in processes to enhance productivity and reduce product rejections/ rework

• Implementing reverse engineering for defective and failures of process.

• Interacting with customer to analyze the quality issues at customer end. .

• Identification of risks to the quality of work and the completion program, and associated solutions

• Lead investigations into customer complaints regarding quality, ensure systems are in place to address customer quality issues, returns, complaints. AS a CFT Member

• Participation in activities like new product development (APQP)

• Participate with CFT (Cross Functional team) to prepare Quality plan, inspection standard, receiving inspection standard for new product.

• Strong interpretation of engineering specifications and documentation

• In-house faculty for providing training customer specific requirement
