·JetInsure.EDI: It’s an integration solution developed using .Net services and BizTalk to share the change, new groups registration and renewal of contracts with FFM and other partners in the form of EDI. So that every system is synchronized. It also consumes the response and update the JetInsure accordingly. Following are list of my responsibilities in this project.

oGathering requirements from different clients.

oCoordinate with team leads, analyze requirements and design solution to send respective EDI to Partner & FFM using parties. Identify integration point and WBS.

oDeveloped window & web API using .Net, artifacts of BizTalk.

This system has multiple outlook add-ins, one monitors an email account, log and create case in CRM as soon as an email of specific pattern arrives while second one allows to create new case, associate emails to existing case through human interaction.
