DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES AS A FACILITATOR
Preparing lesson plans for the day
facilitating Communication and Numeracy level 1-4
submission of attendance reports to the service provider weekly or monthly
compilation of monthly progress reports
assessing learners using formative and summative assessments
invigilating and marking placement assessments for new learners
marking of internal examinations for Communication and Numeracy levels 1-3
marking of external examinations such as Independent Examination Board exams(IEB)
Compiling site Based Assessments (SBA) with NQF 1 learners
doing all record keeping of learners’ information within the facilitators file
confirmation of the training rooms in liaison with district co-ordinators
distribution of learning materials and making sure all learners received the material
conducting remedial classes for average learners

Participated in the winter school voluntary project which was initiated by Eduskills Rainbow during 2011 and 2012, in Wadeville Primary School in South Africa. The project operated on part time basis, during school holidays, aiming at assisting primary students to improve their skills in Mathematics.

Produced a 100% pass rate for two different sites in SAPS Parktown and Tshwane SAPS Academy.
