• Business Generation: To generate business, it is very important to understand our clients and their demand. I ensure to build good rapport with every walk-in, educate them about the brand and highlight the plus points of our products. I make sure that me and my team constantly follow up with clients and update them about new arrivals and sale promotions. I have prepared a Store calendar planning events and promotional offers well in advance, share ideas and pictures with the Directors promoting the Brand through social media sites. I also select the merchandise for every season keeping in mind the latest trend and the price point.

• Merchandise: I have made selection of stock for my store from the line sheet prepared for every season, also giving suggestions based on latest trend and from the feedback given by clients. I prepare guidelines every week for visual merchandise, mannequin display, I get props and store decoration to give the store a fresh look. My ideas and plans for store interiors are well appreciated by the Directors as it increased great amount of footfall and boosted sale figures too.

• Recruiting and Training: Hired and trained staff, turning them into experts in dealing with clients and managing the store even in my absence.
