P R O J E C T S

Based on the customer layout, created a new cell (Stations) as per the layout. Selection of robots and guns with customer requirements. Tool validation- when the f ixture design comes to simulation department, we start with tool validation l ike Clash and Reach checking.

Path creation for spot weld on the panel using (KUKA and ABB Robots). Created sequence of path and OLP (off Line programming) to get desired output using safe robot Method.

ROBOTIC SIMULATION FOR SPOT WELD CELL,(COMAU) GESTAMP INDIA, DESMAAN With the given panel and weld data, different types of f ixture were modelled. Developed various sets of r isers, blades and cylinders. Performed with 2D drafting and assembly drawings.

Simulations are also created for this projects by using Robcad. Performed with 3D f inishing and BOM creation.

DESIGNED OF BIW FIXTURE USING CATIA, SKILL LYNC:

We designed the model using Solidworks and created a prototype to analyze the output of the model.

I ts an remote controlled bogie within range of 100metres. A creative idea for reducing human r isks at war with the help of rocker bogie. DESIGNED OF ROCKER BOGIE MECHANISM

I t aims to drying out green chillies for improving the qualities, efficiency and less t ime consumption to drying out.

Designed in solidworks and developed a prototype to calculate i ts efficiency.
