Current Position: Dimensional Inspector: Essner Manufacturing, Fort Worth, Texas; August 10, 2018- April 20th 2021 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

First Part Buy Off of machined components, verifying parts conform to Blue Print utilizing certified measuring equipment: Calipers, Micrometers, Pin Gages, Protractor, UT thickness gauge, Radius gages, Electronic Height Gage, Optical Comparator, and Electronic Surface Roughness equipment.

Dimensional Inspection of final formed components, using the above equipment. Tooling Inspector B; Texstars, LLC, Grand Prairie, Texas; October 17, 2016- August 08, 2018 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform Tooling Certification Inspection using FARO EDGE ARM equipment and Verisurf X-9 software..

Shop floor In-Process and Final Inspection of Plastic, Composite and Transparent aircraft Parts.

First Article Inspection and reporting per AS9102B.

Sikorsky Helicopter DQR Trained and Certified.

Provided Training for QA Inspectors, and Collateral Duty Inspectors.

Ensured QA inspectors including collateral duty inspectors and torque qualified technicians maintain proper compliance with QM Instructions and RSM.

Maintained Calibration System for precision measuring equipment and calibrated bonding tools.

Oversaw maintenance and organization of the Technical Library

Maintained Vendor Audit system of Approved Vendors, as well as Internal Auditing.

Provided technical assistance to shop technicians and customers.

Performed receiving inspection of materials and parts, hidden damage inspection, incoming blade inspections, in-process inspections and final inspection of completed jobs. Completed Return to Service documentation; including 8130-3forms and log card entries.

Worked in conjunction with Quality Engineers and Production personnel to close out and follow up on open Preventative and Corrective Action Request. Conducted root cause and corrective action analysis.

Interpreted drawing requirements regarding acceptable conditions and materials.
