• Context –The Government of Tamil Nadu has set in motion the "Tamil Nadu Integrated Tourism Promotion Project (TNITPP)" for tourism development and promotion in the state of Tamil Nadu. A list of 295 potential tourism sites have been shortlisted across the state, for taking up a detailed master planning study, which will lead to integrated tourism development at these sites

• Action –The TNITPP project will be targeted towards: Increase in Domestic and International Tourism Effective utilization of Tourism assets across each site Sustainable development of the tourist site, in view of the carrying capacity, Creation of inclusive tourism packages, benefitting the local economy, Improvement in tourist experience.

• Result –Feedback Infra (P) Limited has been appointed as me for undertaking surveys, site studies and master planning across these sites. I should visits to each of the identified sites for the purpose of: Assessment of existing infrastructure at the sites, Identification of opportunities for improvement of tourist facilities, Improvement of tourism profile and potential of increase in tourism footfalls, Interaction with local stakeholders.

• Context -The main area of work was in Operations department and learn the various functions of the department. The main area that I was focussing was on Inventory management and quality analysis.

• Action-1. Develop product records in the inventory. 2. Inform to the Inventory manager. 3. Asked me to listen to their experts regarding Orders . 4. Demonstrate product knowledge. 5. Asking about reviews about the product delivered to the client. 6. Strategy and price analysis competitor. 7.How to speak to the clients
