WELDING INSPECTOR CSWIP 3.1, COATING INSPECTOR NACE LEVEL II WORK EXPERIENCE
In Shipbuilding Industry having work experience as QA/QC ENGINEER for 09 years and currently having 2 year 8 months work experience in Oil and Gas field. Job Responsibilities Handled:
A. SEEH AL SARYA ENGINEERING LLC, OMAN (Currently working as QA/QC Inspector, from June 2018 – till date )
1. Completed several constructions of flow lines, water injection lines, water source lines and also replacements of leak sections for client Occidental of Oman Inc.
Coordinating with Supervisor/Planner /Foreman for inspection plan for the day. Attending inspection and raise request for inspection to Client.
Ensure all instruments used for inspection at site are with valid calibration certificate.
Recording of weather condition to ensure it is suitable for blasting and painting.
Inspection of Surface finish obtained after blasting, surface profile measurements, carrying out bresle patch test, DFT measurements and holiday test for coating/ wrapping tape /3LPE & 3LPP pipes.
Inspection of Pipe color coding works as per Client specification.
Roto-lining spools inspection, internal coating inspection for spools and Holiday testing.
Conducting fit up / welding inspection and offering for client inspection.
Carrying out line walks, ensure all required NDT has been covered up, ensure all work completed is as per approved drawing, preparation of punch list.
Witnessing pigging activity and Hydro test at site (test pressure to ensure as per requirement in drawing/client spec), check for any leakages.
Attending Final Mechanical completion walkthrough with client and signing off final documents.
Attending inspection at Vendor premises, raising inspection to client.
Preparing and maintaining the documentation after work completion/inspection. B. ARAB HEAVY INDUSTRIES PR JSC, AJMAN –UAE (Worked as a QA/QC Inspector, July 2015 – December 2017)
1. Project AS151 “Bubiyan Fanar” Self elevated platform with Helideck built for client TOA Corporation built under American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) class.
Also worked as a “Coating Inspector” on this project to fulfill the requirement of PSPC.
Preparation of quality procedure for Blasting & Painting, Punch list, welding machine calibration.
Attending daily Vessel safety coordination committee meeting followed up by Project meeting on site.
Coordinating with QC colleagues for inspection plan for the day. Sending tentative Inspection plan to Client on regular basis.

C. TIMBLO DRYDOCKS PVT LTD, GOA (Worked as a QA/QC Engineer, July 2008 – July 2015)
1. Project Y-130 “M.V.Ocean Sachiel”Multipurpose Container Vessel 5400 DWT delivered to client Reskom Tyumen built under Germanischer Lloyd Class.
Conducting material inward inspection as per the Inspection test plan (ITP).
Conducting fit up and welding inspection in block stage and presenting the block for class/client inspection
Conducting fit up and welding inspection in block errection stage and presenting to the class/client.
Conducting Inspection of Tanks/Compartments and presenting to the class surveyor/client.

Coordinating with the client and GL surveyor for inspection upon readiness. 2. Project Y133 “Arina Samurai” Offshore supply and support Vessel (OSSV) delivered to client Arina offshore built under American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) class.
Also worked as a “Assistant Coating Inspector” on this project to fulfill the requirement of PSPC.
