Special Event Manager
Managed 5,000 square feet of event space, creatively adapting ANQI's transitional architecture and moving walls to accommodate events of all sizes and celebrations. Effectively utilized our space to plan events ranging from intimate business dinners in our Chef's Table, large pharmaceutical presentations, and groups up to 150 celebrating with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails at ANQI's private Q Bar & Lounge.
Planned a 'Cocktails & Concierge' incentive dinner to support our local hoteliers, connected with Hilton Double Tree's executive meeting planners, and collaborated a benefit program with Costa Mesa's WeWork Community. Created new graphic materials to showcase ANQI's various Special Event & Private Dining packages.Effectively utilized Triple Seat Software to streamline reservations, collect deposits, create BEO's, send contracts and communicate directly with clients via a single platform.Efficiently balanced administrative tasks including event bookings and finance and also handled day to day event operations and coordinated with banquet staff and the Executive Chef.
