Preparation of Payroll(WPS), Leave Salary, End Service Benefits of Staff

& Labours. (As per UAE Labour Law)

Finalization of Schedules & Accounts for Auditing (including) - Project Receivables,

Retention Receivables, Advance Payable, Retention Payable, Accounts Payable, P.D.C Receivable & Payable, Discounted the Receivable in Cheques & Project Progress Payment’s.

Ensuring proper documentation & filing system for all transactions of the Company.

Enquire with Suppliers for Price, Stock & Credit Facility for Material& Sending the

Enquiry & Local Purchase Order of Material & Arrange the Transportation.

Preparing the Purchasing Cheques, Checking the Delivery Note with Site Forman & Project Engineer.

Verify the Project Payment Certificates & Sub – Contractor Payments.

Preparing the All Documents for Ministry of Economy Classification & attending with

Project documents to classification department.


Procedure and Processing of Letters of Credit

(Imports and Exports/Local and Overseas/Incoming and Outgoing)

Corresponding with Suppliers and/or Banks for Amendment of L/C.

Liaison with Freight Forwarders, Shipping Companies, Ports and Other Local Authorities.

Familiar in Customs Clearance.

Procedure and Processing of Documents for Imports.


Vouching of Cash and Bank Books, Sale and Purchase Register, Debtors Ledger, Creditors Ledger.

General Ledger so as to authenticate the figures appearing in the Books of Accounts of the client.

Verification of Banks Reconciliation Statements, Fixed Assets and Stock.
