JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, Establish, implement & effectiveness of the ISO/IATF requirements, Manual, Procures, SOP/WI, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC), MACE Audit requirements, IS/AIS/JASO/JIS standard requirement as per product details etc;

Conduct all types of internal & external audit as per ISO/IATF/MACE requirements;

New Product Development activates (in-house, supplier and customer end) BOM/APQP/Product & Tool Design & Development of the press, plastic moiling, forging and die-casting also in CAD software;

Successfully conduct Audit for HMCL, HONDA, SUZUKI, M&M, EICHER, TATA & ISO, IATF & MACE etc

Working experience to handle all plant activates – PLANT HEAD as manufacturing, quality, productivity, costing, delivery, recruitment, improvement, KPI, NPD, tool design & development etc ;

Monitoring & effectiveness of the plant activities (reduce wastage, rejection, rework through various quality tools -8d, kaizen, poka-yoke, 7qc, 5s, etc & increase productivity through line balancing, TAKT time, odd, time study, kaizen, poka-yoke etc);

Installation & implementation in-house laboratory as IS/AIS/JASO/JIS standards or customer requirement;

OEM customer dealing as NPD, VQR, Improvement, etc with HERO MOTO (Guru gram/Dharuhera/Neemrana/Haridwar/ Gujarat/Jaipur), TATA(Pimpri), SUZUKI (Guru gram), EICHER (Habib ganj Bhopal), M & M (Mohall & Chandigarh), ESCORT, AUTOMETER ALLIANCE LTD., BELLIS INDIA PVT LTD., DENSO, etc ;
