Feb’2017 to till date with Technico Strips and Tubes Pvt. Ltd, Doraha as Sr. Manager HR & Admin. The company is the leading manufacture & supplier of ERW pipes & tubes, CDW/ DOM Tubes & Seamless Tubes in Ludhiana (PB)

Responsibilities:

Handling the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, filtering resume & head hunting.

Neutralize any employee issues and keep them motivated all times for the growth of company.

Negotiating salaries, contracts, working condition or redundancy packages with staff/representatives.

To look after Employees Welfare in order to maintain cordial relations between employees and Management

Process payroll for all employees and make sure that his salary will be transferred on time.

Ensure efficient attendance record conformity with the company policies and processors.

Liaison with Labour, EPF, ESI, Factories, Employment Exchange, Pollution Deptt, Electricity Department and other public, civil and other government departments for compliance.

To check all statutory returns and remittances of all accrued contribution, fees or fines etc. under all prevalent Acts.

To expeditiously handle & process all problems and grievances related to HRD.

Visit to plants to monitor HR & Admin activities.

To co-ordinate and follow up timely compliance of various licence / returns under various enactments applicable to company.
