Established Vanguard Solutions in April 2008.
Drafted and published major IDIQ Contract proposal for the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) and was awarded the PEO STRI Omnibus Contract II (STOC II).
Drafted and published major IDIQ Contract proposal for SeaPort-E and was awarded the IDIQ contract qualified in all seven zones.

Program Manager for the OneTESS program as a sub-contractor to AT&T Government Solutions. Managed team of five individuals providing engineering support to the overall program.

Capture and Proposal Manager that drafted and wrote a major proposal in just sixteen days winning a ID/IQ contract with a ceiling value of $17.5B and a period of performance of 10 years.
Supervised eleven employees and three contracts valued at over $11 million dollars.
Capture and Program Manager for OPTARS II Effort drafting and writing proposal efforts.
