Key Achievements:

Established Vanguard Solutions in April 2008.

Drafted and published major IDIQ Contract proposal for the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) and was awarded the PEO STRI Omnibus Contract II (STOC II).

Drafted and published major IDIQ Contract proposal for SeaPort-E and was awarded the IDIQ contract qualified in all seven zones.

Executive Vice President for Operations/Business Development, 2009 to 2010

Directed, established, maintained, and planned the overall policies and goals for business development as it pertained to the Department of Defense and the Government Sector. Identified potential business

Director of Orlando Operations/ Program Manager, 2006 to 2009

Director of Operations for Orlando established the SRI International office and managed all programs within the Orlando Research Parkway included but not limited to Program Management Customer Liaison and Business Development. Program Manager for the OneTESS program as a sub-contractor to AT&T Government Solutions. Managed team of five individuals providing engineering support to the overall program.

Key Achievements:

Capture and Proposal Manager that drafted and wrote a major proposal in just sixteen days winning a ID/IQ contract with a ceiling value of $17.5B and a period of performance of 10 years.

Supervised eleven employees and three contracts valued at over $11 million dollars.

Capture and Program Manager for OPTARS II Effort drafting and writing proposal efforts.

Recruited and developed a winning team resulting in a stellar reputation within the modeling and simulation industry for DoD.

Capture and Program Manager for the Operator Maintainer Training Systems. Responsible for the development of new business and proposal preparation as well as the administration of awarded and existing contracts.
