Internships and Project:

• Internship at Cochin Shipyard-

The Internship gave the idea of the company’s approach to the sophisticated process of ship building process. The design complexity of a ship along with its launch process into a Water body, is mind blogging. The Internship gave an insight to every process in the manufacturing process, from the scratch. It was a privilege to attend an internship from a firm, which is currently building the INS Vikrant, Aircraft Carrier Battle Ship, Indian Navy.

• Internship at Standard Casting Pvt. Ltd., Delhi- The internship program was conducted by a company, who were committed to produce and supply customised engineering equipment as per requirements and agreed terms. The company being one of the largest suppliers of Aircraft Refuelling Equipment in India, the management and the quality inspection processes used were latest and efficient.

• Workshop on 3D printing and 3D modelling in

Solidworks-

The Workshop was focused on the process of 3D printing, beginning from Designing from a 2D sketch. The 3D printers brought, were made accessible to the students and were given the opportunity to print a 3D model, individually.

• Workshop on Drone Building-

The program gave an insight to working principle of a drone. Workshop was intended to give students an idea about the assembly process and calibration of the rotors and the motors of the machine. The students were given a hands-on training about the drone assemble and programming process.

• Final Year Project: Gravitational Vortex Water Turbine, Power Generation efficiency-

Today’s modern world runs on Electricity, which is mostly produced by the Power plants. The process of power production is a complicated process, as there are many constraints to set up these plans, like, the environmental factors, natural habitat, geographical position, the location away from the populated areas for security concerns, transportation of the raw materials like coal, water, or equipment, workers, etc. The final year project is primarily designed to eliminate most of the complex variables out of the equation, so that the power could be produced in the most efficient way. We compared the power output of the turbine, produced by using 3 types of blade design, 2 with different radius of curvature and one with infinite radius of curvature (flat blade). Test were conducted and the flat blade was found to produce the promising results and were the best blade design for power generation. WORK EXPERIENCE:

I have been working for Concentrix, Gurugram. The company is outsourcing for various Amazon platforms and other techno giants. I have been working with the company for 11 months approx. I served the company as a chat and email adviser. I have worked for Amazon.de customers.

Working for the company, I got to know about the corporate environment and the working of a company. I got to know more about the work ethics, compliance and how to achieve set targets. I got a more professional approach to work as a team, take initiative, accept mistakes and rectify them.
