May 2018 – JUL 2020 – Ali & Sons Holding LLC Executive Secretary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the confidential information of the company limited to the General Manager scope of responsibility and always act as first point of contact/access to General Manager.

• Monitor and coordinate with all other departments to ensure that the responsible job of the department meets target and goals

• Provide secretarial support to the General Manager by encoding correspondences, reports & documents, handling or screening of incoming calls and random visitors, setting meeting with various department, etc.,
