Duties responsibilities : I sourced quotes based on the type of request by client. I planned and dispatched allocated resources, i.e. internal staff and/or contractors for related tickets when quotation is approved.

Created PR to receive PO from procurement department for material ordered and possibly contractors to receive payment for work quoted and confirmed. Followups on all outstanding work in order to avoid customer SLA penalties. Receipting of outstanding purchase orders, close requests and attach proof of work on the system upon completion.

Report on outstanding ad-hoc work to management.

Reason for leaving : I had mistakingly not uploaded a standard file containing proof of work onto the client's system and I informed my line manager that it was uploaded, meanwhile it was not and I got penalised by my former company.

I admitted responsibility since the client was said to have escalated the incident and expressed their dissatisfaction, and the company had to discipline me. As a result I got immediately dismissed.

I consulted labour agents seeking advise on the matter, as I believe I was unfairly dismissed, but indeed I was found to be in the wrong.

I hereby would like to declare that is was unintentional and it was due to the intolerable amount of work put upon one employee to do and expected to attend to all new incoming work as well.
