Extensive experience of installation, servicing, maintenance and work-over of surface wellhead/xmas trees and associated components both onshore and offshore locations. Supported well intervention operations for SPDC, NPDC, Chevron Nigeria Ltd, ExxonMobil Nigeria, Total E&P, Agip oil and other oil producing companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Permit-To-Work preparation and follow up in order to deliver seamless operations.

• Installation and De-completion of Vetco gray wellheads, TechnipFMC wellheads/Xmas Trees.

• Installation and maintenance of Vetco gray, Cameron & FMC surface wellhead/ Xmas tree

• Product knowledge range from surface wellheads and Xmas trees, casing and tubing hangers, drilling and production risers, API 6A valves, running and retrieval tools.

• Technical support for Rig crew at job site, install, remove, repair, assemble, disassemble and test wellhead equipment (casing head, casing spool, tubing spool, xmas trees and valves).

• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with work team on well site.

• Conduct Visual inspection on Xmas Tree valves and check for missing items on wellheads and arrange for replacement.

• Monitor and record SITP, FTP, FLP, Manifold pressures and annulus casing pressures of the well and document Result.

• Function test Xmas Tree Valves, SSV and WSSV actuators.

• Grease and cycle Annulus casing Valves, Xmas Tree Valves at the same time count number of turns to close and open valve, to ensure they are Ok.

• Conduct leak rate test on SCSSV and Xmas Tree Valves.

• Check Tubing hanger void for pressure build.

• Shut-in storm choke well from Xmas tree manual wing valve and conduct leak test

/reactivation of storm choke and put well back to production.

• Repairs of various type of gate valves, replacement of gate and seat, standard and reverse bore (split /slab).

• Installation and Retrieval of type F Back Pressure Valve (BPV), type H BPV and TWCV using lubricator.

• Installation and Retrieval of Valve Removal Plug (VRP) using side door lubricator.

• Change out FMC actuators, Barker actuators, Halliburton actuators and Cameron actuators.

• Prepare and follow up Xmas tree spare parts Inventory.

• Carry out Toolbox inventory and ensure that are defective tools are replaced.

• Submit daily work report to wellwork execution team.

• Pressure testing of Xmas tree valves and surface Wellhead Equipment, Casing Head Housing (CHH), Casing Head Spool (CHS) and Tubing Head Spool (THS) and compile test report in Divineflame workshop.

• Retrofitting and Assembling of Master Flo choke (P25 manual valve, P3 manual valve & P4 piston actuated) in Divineflame workshop.

Co-ordinate and supervise wellhead maintenance/xmas tree installation for Chevron Nigeria Ltd and also provide technical expertise to the solution of daily operational problems pertaining to Xmas tree Intervention operations. • Supervise firstline wellhead maintenance on oil and gas wells which includes carrying out Leak rate test, function test, grease and cycling of Xmas tree Valves and annulus casing valves. Leak rate test on SCSSVs and tubing hanger void pressure check.

• Supervise secondline wellhead maintenance which includes, running and retrieval of BPV, Gate and seat assembly replacement, servicing of manual and actuated gate valves, replacement of gate valves and choke boxes.

• Ensure all field service Technicians carry out weekly inspections on all the hand tools and pressure control equipment both on offshore and onshore location.

• Supervise workshop activities and ensure all serviced gate valves, actuators are pressure tested ok and delivered to various offshore and onshore location timely to avoid Non- Performance Time (NPT).

• Coordinate daily work report from field service technicians and send daily field work report to Chevron Production Engineering Team.

• Develop wellhead maintenance work procedures for all field service technicians.

• Ensure toolbox and equipment load out are done appropriately and as per client request.

• Prepare monthly man-hour and KPI.

• Attend all field service requests, raise material movement request and ensure all requested materials are sent to various offshore and onshore locations.

• Prepare job service tickets for all services rendered by Divine flame to Chevron.

• Conduct preventive maintenance for all tools and pressure control equipment (PCE)
