SYNOPSIS
EXPERIENCE
Controlled project documentations- (i.e. Drawings, letters, material submittal, technical submittal, design calculations, technical query, site inspection files, supplier and sub- contractor approvals, Govt. Authority permits, NCR and all safety related documents) Co coordinating projects client, consultant and suppliers Ensuring all documentation meets format requirements and client/company standards producing document progress reports for Project Managers as required Collecting and storing files from various company departments Using computer software to facilitate the organization and distribution of documents within a company

Preparing and submitting the interim payment of every month to clients Receiving and making purchase order of the needed site materials keeping record of the rented vehicles details
Collect, update, prepare and complies daily reports of site engineers for progress and no of manpower.
Controlling both soft and hard copy of the documents Submit and follow up notice of inspection reports and distributes the status to the concern personnel
Data entry through Share File and excel, entered up to 100 documents daily Handled all hard copy and electronic filing
Assist in preparing and managing documentation internally/by subcontractor Ensure accessibility, traceability and accuracy of documents Generating projects Weekly & Monthly health & Safety Performance statistics/records Preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all activities in both sites simultaneously Coordination of both project sites activities. Obtaining Permits to work from client for both projects
Site inspection and hazard identifications and identifying corrective actions to the construction team and doing follow-up to ensure maximum implementations of my suggested corrective actions/controls
Identifying preventive measures for all potential areas of accident & harm conducting weekly joint projects HSE meetings with project team Generating HSE related new controlled formats/forms, suitable signage’s and sites demand as needed by the projects.
Maintaining general projects HSE record/files, and meeting up to the company’s monthly Audit requirements and all project documents
Coordinating with Client, Consultants & subcontractors for Documents Approval and Status.
Coordination with planning team, QA/QC, Engineering team for submission of Documents.
