During my last six years leadership and management in ODCC, I have got below recordable achievements:

- Planned, led and supervised efforts to prepare the engineering development documents such as Check lists for all piping and interface activities, Interface procedures, initial work instructions for piping design/stress/support/material issues, work flow charts, …

- Development of an integration idea for implementation of an integrated software/IT plan to do all multi discipline design activities in unique platform using AVEVA integrated software (AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA Diagram, AVEVA E3D and AVEVA ERM).

- Human resources development in parallel with company projects portfolio development. I have hired, trained and managed more than 40 engineers in piping design, stress, support, material and drafting sections and put them in different projects in different seniorities. (We have reached from 28 people when I joined ODCC as head of piping department to more than 70 people now)

- A very significant and commendable increase in the quality of works by assigning and well controlling of experienced engineers as well as deployment of technical check lists for double checking of issues. As a result, it has dramatically reduced the mismatch reports and TQs from site side. (For example, the underground construction of our current mega project in Abadan Refinery, with more than 100,000 Dia-Inch piping welding, has been completed using our issued isometrics and 3d model with the least TQs that is appreciated by our site director and managing director).

- Creating a cheerful and even stress-free workplace among colleagues. For example, some of my colleagues who were unhappy and upset when I joined ODCC, they have now become experienced engineers with high organizational understanding and public relations.

- Completing all piping design, engineering, procurement technical services and site technical support for 4 projects (as listed in items 2-5 in below paragraph) and also 90% completion of piping design issues of our current mega-project with more than 2,000,000 Dia-Inch of piping welding (Item no. 1 of below paragraph). In this project, keeping the permanent position of piping department head, I have been played the role of piping lead engineer and also piping consortium head engineer. (a consortium between Iranian ODCC and Chinese SEI company).

1- Shiraz Oil Refinery Development Project (EPC contract for installation of a Gasoil hydrogenating plant as well as required auxiliary and utility units such as HPU, SRC, Steam Unit, Air Unit, Cooling Water Unit, Nitrogen Unit, Flare Unit, Tankage area interconnections,…

2- Abadan Oil Refinery Project. (EPC contract for a completely new train of refinery inside the existing Abadan Refinery in the same plot area for processing of 210,000 BPSD of crude oil blend including CDU/VDU, LPG, GHT, KHT, ISOM, Hydrogen, Hydrocracking, SRU, ATU and required utilities and off-Sites). This project engineering is 92% completed by a Iranian-Chinese consortium and I have been the piping head of consortium too and managed many interface meetings in Tehran and Beijing and well done all required interface coordination and procedures. 3- Tabriz Oil Refinery Project. (EPC contract for a GHT (Gasoil Hydro-Treating) unit with capacity of 30,000 BPSD)

4- Bandar Abbas-Rafsanjan Pipeline and Pump Stations Project. (EPC contract for a 480km pipeline with 5 pump station)

5- Abadan-Mahshahr Pump Stations and Metering Project. 6- South Pars Gas Field Phase-One Project. (EPC contract for relocation of flares stacks and burn pit)

Aug. 2004-Jan. 2008: Senior Piping Engineer.

Responsibilities

- Design and engineering of compression and sweetening units of raw gas extracted from oil wells AMAK and Kharg mega projects including P&ID mechanization, Line list preparation, mechanical engineering drawings and data sheets commenting, 3D model preparation by AUTOPLANT software, piping plan and piping isometrics preparation.

- Presence in AMAK site for about 8 months for making the job fronts for construction team, preparing the hydrostatic test packages documentation and also to engineering inspection on site contractors’ activities and evaluation and approval/modification of occurred non-conformity reports.

- Working as piping engineering coordinator in Kharg Gas refinery project and being assigned by project engineering manager as company representative for checking of FEED endorsement contractor activities. (The contractor was SOFREGAZ and I was located in Paris-France for 2 months for this issue). Achievements

- Is was very exciting and wonderful experience for my to be located about 8 months in site and learning lot of site related issues in piping, structure and equipment erection, hydrotest and mechanical completion. This amazing experience has been helped me through my next career development and improvement.
