Preparing pay slip of Wages and Salaries (Working out bonuses and leave pay)
See that Employees are at work and that the timesheets is filled in correctly throughout the clock in system.
Preparing a month to month register for all workers (leave, sick leave and human responsibility leave), also calculate their shifts worked for the year to work out bonuses and leave pay by the end of the year.
Responsible for all the contributions payable for the different parties like MEIBC, SARS and the Union.
Responsible that every employee has a contract and their own file with all necessary documents, giving out warnings

Preparing IOD documentation, UIF19, UI19 year schedule and pension if necessary
Preparing rep rate for job cards that includes all pension, sick leave, bonuses, leave pay ext.
Assure that the rep rate is used and all hours is booked away
