The Letsema learnership programme is 1 year Banking and microfinance sector learnership that if funded by Bankseta. Which consist of both theoretical and practical training in the key role of banking sector and the experience was from banking simulation to help facilitate understanding of the front and back office operation of a bank. The simulation exposes participants to the major risks faced by banks in today's volatile environment and provides them the opportunity to identify and analyze these risks. we gained better understanding of what actions are taken in order to mitigate risks.
