Review, analyze and make recommendations to procedural manuals of the departments. Responsible for the mentoring and training of the Management Information System. Organize and coordinate workshops regarding management reports and how to develop and write procedural manuals. Translate documents from Spanish to English and English to Spanish. Project Manager of establish a paperless work environment. Assist in the preparation of the municipal annual budget document. Research and analyze information of state government decisions to identify how it impacts the municipality. General office duties such as: phone calls, correspondence redaction, and meeting coordination.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT 2010 - 2015

General office duties such as: phone calls, correspondence redaction, meeting coordination and travel arrangements. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY. Position reported to the Office Director.
