Responsible for transitioning the facility from ISO 9001:2015 to AS9100D. Completed the initial transition and certification in 2 months. Over the next year completed a full rewrite of the Quality Management Systems Procedures. New processes, procedures and work instructions were put in place to improve compliance of the facilities operations in accordance with AS9100D.

Created the Quality Inspection Department. Implemented the full Pre-Inspection process. Created procedures and work instructions and trained all inspection personnel on Visual Inspection per IEC TS 62647-4 and verification that all Job Packets meet the customer contract requirements.
