Key responsibilities

Managing all aspects of payroll administration and ensuring employee payments done as per the guidelines.

Responsible and authorized for timely payments of employee Incentives & Allowances, F&F settlements.

Ensuring proper HR hygiene factors to be maintained across all levels of the organization.

Crucial role in implementing HRIS to integrate attendance, payroll and other HR functions to ensure better process flow.

Implemented customized attendance and leave management system in the organization to make employee aware of his working hours and leaves.

During this pandemic, implemented employee time management systems in coordination with IT team to utilize maximum efficiency of an employee to get desired output from his/her role.

As a regular practice, reviewing and amending organization polices as per the Government orders.

Implementing Employee bonus/ incentive and other remuneration policies.

Responsible for HR related MIS reports like Monthly Employee Cost Analysis, Attrition rate, Employee Performance Reports, Training cost, Absenteeism rate etc.

Support the Head HR Officer in management meetings by making HR Presentations ready.

Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.

Organizing various events and awareness programs, aimed at enhancing the sense of bonding and oneness amongst the employees.

Employee feedback through surveys, Skip-level meetings and Employee Talkback sessions with select group of employees every month.

Design and publish of Employee Engagement Calendar, Employee Connect initiatives.

Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.

Academic Qualification

Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from Andhra Loyola College during 2007-2009.

Previous Experience

Started career with Bhagavathi Ana Labs Ltd (A Bureau Veritas Group Company) as an Executive and promoted to Senior Executive during December 2009 to January 2015.

Worked with T M Inputs & Services Pvt Ltd as a Senior Executive from February 2015 to May 2016.

Worked with Netxcell Limited as a Senior Executive HR from June 2016 to September 2018.

Associated with Omnicare Drugs India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Executive HR from September 2018 to June 2019.

Key Functionalities Across Assignments

Performance Management :

Performance Management System Implementation & Management.

Formulation of KRAs Ensure Goal setting for each employee in lined with organizational goal.

KRA review and rating and preparation of Variable payouts.

Collect, collate and compile performance updates for all team on quarterly/half yearly basis.

Identification of Individual Developmental needs and relating it to Training and Development.

Development of Job Descriptions for all the unique positions with the involvement of functional heads.

Payroll Management:

Processing payroll for regular and contract employees in the organization.

Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports

Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.

Monitoring all PF, ESIC formalities. Handling queries from associates regarding Salaries, PF & ESIC, follow-up etc.

Communication and Welfare:

Creation of HR Manual Guide to all HR policies & procedures.

Design, deploy and regularly update Employee handbook

Designing, implementing & Handling Reward & Recognition policy and initiatives

Design and publish of Employee Engagement Calendar.

Enhance HR reach to employees by cultivating an employee friendly HR approach

Orientation and Induction:

Ensure smooth integration of new recruits into the organization through well planned and effective induction program.

Establish role clarity from day one for the new staff by providing the KRA/KPIs right on the first day of joining.

Updating job descriptions of all the positions by taking inputs from respective HODs.

Employee Counselling and Grievance handling & Separation Process:

Understanding and analysing employee problems and counselling.

Introduced and maintaining the Exits Database.

Conducting Exit Interviews generating feedback on the organization’s Performance and areas of Improvement.

Talent Acquisition Management:

Handling talent acquisition process, induction programs and separation programme for employees.

Creating Candidate database, Sourcing plan & Recruitment Plan.

Updating the top management on recruitment status every month through MIS reports month.
