Objective

I have done phlebotomy from 2012 till 2018. I have had a couple of breaks in between the years because I thought phlebotomy wasn’t for me, but I have always come back. I have worked at Hardin Memorial Hospital for their lab in Bardstown Ky. I have worked at Flaget Memorial hospital also. I miss doing phlebotomy and I miss a lot of the patients that I got to meet while I was doing my job. As my time as a phlebotomist I stuck infants to the old adults and patients that were hard sticks.

I was responsible for collecting blood from patients in the hospital, ER, and outpatient lab. It was my job to make sure I do the right test done, right tube for the test, and to make sure the patient has an outstanding blood draw and a great experience from me.
