Installed new automated production to increase company’s mat output. Work on the line from ground up. Setup conveyors, sensors, motors, disconnects, hydraulics and safety systems on a line spanning over 1000ft in length.
Designed parts in SolidWorks for Banner sensor mounts, Baco disconnect mounts, Turck blocks, 80/20 fixtures to be used on production line.
Integrated new AGV system into automation line, designed docking stations, and sensors system to detect AGV on lifts
Troubleshot problems on production line from mechanical issues, electrical signals inside cabinets, hydraulic lines, and hot oil pipes
Trained workers how to safely operate the production line and use automation equipment in order to provide feedback on the line issues.
Maintained department productivity by handling internal orders ranging from daily needs to $10k electrical cabinet orders for production lines
Used Allen Bradley ladder logic to debug the line.
