Areas of expertise include the Witron system with regards to building of specs, entering customer orders, maintaining price lists, and creating and maintaining inventory levels for warehouse accounts. Background also includes pricing for the Fond du Lac facility when they were on the HRMS system, which included creating spec files to quote along with all the pricing. Currently a back up to the Customer Service Manager for vacations and other absences. Also trained other IP plants on the HRMS system when it was active. Communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders, and perform a variety of additional activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships and support effective manufacturing and shipping operations.
