A dedicated and experience as Electrical Maintenance Foreman 16 years of experience both from Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas Petrochemical. .

I’ve been 16 years of work experience in Offshore & Onshore fields with Oil & Gas Company such as Production Platform, Floating Production Storage & Offloading FPSO, Rigs, as Maintenance, Commissioning & Ex-Inspector, Rresponsible in Permit to Work system and Authorized Person for Isolation & De- Isolation of HV/LV/MV Motors, & Circuit Breakers, Switchgear FS6 Breakers as LOTTO procedure,Familiar in SAP for worked order for Ppreventive Mmaintenance procedure,Inspect on routine basis of Ex electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, Battery UPS Control Panels,HV,LV motors, critical equipment’s, Eemergency generators, switchgear MCC switchboard and other electrical components to clear the Notification to ensure they remain functional & up to code as well as to identify any hazard or other issues,Test and Inspect electrical test equipment to maintained updated calibration certificate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Familiar with Permit to Work system PTW Originator signatories.

Authorized Electrical Person for Isolation De-Isolation LOTTO procedure.

Carry out check the apparatus is appropriate to area of classification of Ex hazardous area classification.

Intrusive inspection & maintenance of electrical equipment HV/LV motor for annual PM motors, battery, Emergency lightings, etc.

Operating a variety of testing equipment including contact resistance test of Bus bars

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety. Policies.

Maintain, repair, Install and upgrade electrical and mechanical equipment, components, tools, and machinery package.

Responsible for scheduling of electrical work needed during shutdowns, and ensuring work was completed on time.

Install inputs parameters protection of protection relays, VFD etc.

Perform start of Solar Generator 4.16kv to 11kv power generator to Synchronized both Solar Generator

Assist Production Operator for Critical Equipment for weekly test run

Responsible for thermal imaging of motors and electrical equipment and analysis and reporting of images

Carried out multi task of Annual PM of Export Compressor machine package

Periodic Inspection of newly Install of electrical equipment for company requirement for acceptance

Assisting HVAC to carry out Maintenance tasks when required for interventionn

Performed Tan Delta test of HV LV Transformer & HV motor

Supervised electrical technician for Pre-Commissioning activities.

Prepare loop drawings for Pre-Commissioning task.

Commissioning test of Bus duct testing for contact resistance test of HV/LV switch board

Ex inspection of electrical and instrument devises cable gland, gas detectors panels, termination activities of electricians.

operation Carry out troubleshooting of complex electrical problems, identify faults, repair and returns equipment to normal

Insulation test of Primary and secondary of HV/LV transformers for annually PM Preventive Maintenance

Weekly test of Emergency and Essential Generator for preventive maintenance to maintained Safety Critical Equipment.

Familiar earthling switches, interlocking switches (CT's, VT's, earth fault detection, etc.), and measurement devices for any protection relays.

Assisting HVAC to carry out Maintenance tasks when required for intervention.

Commissioning test of start/stop push button & rectified faulty contact. & Intervention of overhead crane for faulty machine.

Commissioning test of the main step-up & auxiliary power transformers including correct load tap changer.

Functional test of three phase LV/HV motor for test run, to check performance of motor current, voltage reading as per Inspection Test Report.

Assisted to SIEMENS & ABB vendors for commissioning startup of MCC switch board & HV switch gear.

Assisted with vendor for electrical package & skid for pre- start up electrical module and energized electrical motors.

Familiar of sub-system of electrical equipment for pre-commissioning & commissioning and fill-up ITR for client acceptance.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, manuals, correspondence to electrical procedures for vendor skid
