Responsibilities
Leads HACCP Team in promoting and executing food safety standards
Implements food hygiene procedures and HACCP system
Conducts daily inspection and monthly audit in all the company’s outlets
Ensures prepared food is deemed safe for consumption including the processes it undergoes
Oversees stewarding duties and activities within the premises
Assures that food safety standards (as per Dubai Municipality) and HACCP are strictly implemented and followed
Coordinates with the Human Resources department in planning and scheduling trainings
Conducts refresher on basic food hygiene and safety and HACCP
