1. Prepare/ Review Master Project Plan, List of related system level &

functional level activities, work package plan, resource plan & time plan

and communicates to CFT members to ensure QCD of the project.

2. Gateway tracking - Overall plan for all the programs with dependent

activities and work out efficient path, identify critical path, critical

activity and resources.

3. Review Mechanism - Manage reviews at CFT, Management and Senior

management level.

4.Review with the PM Team members on the program wise Open points with

respect to Time, Cost & Performance.

5. Monitor and Track budget, cost, quality and delivery of the project and

escalate the discrepancies to the superiors with probable solutions.

6. Consolidate Program wise Risks and review with Senior Members on the

Mitigation and Support.

7. Mentoring / Coaching team members, to prepare Competency mapping,

identify gaps and work with team for their Capability development

. Modular Seating Sytem was first time deployed in CV Spectrum of

vehicles with Mechanical Suspended, 2way,4 way & 6 Way Architecture

. Led the Ergonomics team for VPL vehicle Interior Packaging Layout for

Ace Magic 9+D & Quadra Pickup & Yodha BS6

. Directed efforts for design & development of Pneumatic suspended seat

for 6 ton and 8 ton Light support defense vehicle.

. PHC seat back & Sleeping Berth has been deployed in CV with 15%

weight saving was achieved in 6 ton MHCV vehicles.

. Led the Team of 3 for Ergonomics Evaluation of all CV Buses & Electric

Connected Buses program for Finalising the Driver station

. Cushion Over Build Issue in Xenon Yodha has been resolved before

Launch of the Vehicle.

. Seat Mounting Bracket Bolt loosening was addressed by improving bolts

factor of safety and learnings were standardized to ensure min factor

of safety for bolted joints in design through proper calculation.
