Preparation of Quality assurance Plan / ITPs for the equipments and getting approval from HOD / TPIA.

Preparation of Weld map as per drawing and requirements and getting approval from HOD / TPIA.

Receipt Inspection of Welding Consumables like Electrode, Filler wire and flux.

Receipt inspection of raw materials like plates, pipes, tubes, forgings, fittings & machining components as per requirements.

Identifying nonconformities in the received materials and reporting to material planning and engineering departments.

Stage wise Inspection in fabrication of pressure vessels like WHR Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Economisers, Deaerators, Blow down tanks, vapour tanks and steam drums, on the basis of relevant inspection and testing plans as it passes through manufacturing process to verify compliance with code of construction.

Inspection of marking & cutting of materials for fabrication.

Inspection of Shell rolling and Dished ends after forming.

Inspection of L-Seam & C-Seam fit up and alignment for shells.

Inspection of nozzle fit up on Shell and Dished ends.

Inspection of Tube sheet, Tube to Tube sheet fit up and Expansion.

Witnessing of Pneumatic test and hydrostatic test.

PROJECT: I 600 TPD WHR System includes WHR Boiler, Steam Drum, Risers & Down comers, Super Heater, Economiser 3B, Economiser 5A&5C, Deaerator & Feed Water Tank for IRC Agrochemicals PVT LTD. under TATA Projects & IBR Inspections PROJECT: II WHR Boiler with Steam Drum including Pressure piping(Risers & Down comers) from steam drum and piping from deaerator system to boiler for Kaltimex Energy under IBR Inspection. Worked as a Inspection Engineer and conducting day to day inspection surveillance and maintaining the stage wise inspection reports as per IBR Rules and Regulations and Co-Ordination with IBR

PROJECT: III Assembly of Deaerator & Feed Water Tank, Blow Down Tanks for Thermax Limited under IBR & TUV Inspection. Worked as Inspection Engineer and conducting day to day inspection surveillance and maintaining the stage wise inspection reports as per IBR Rules and Regulations and Co-Ordination with IBR & TUV.

PROJECT: IV 350 TPD WHR System includes WHR Boiler, Steam Drum, Risers & Down comers, Super Heater, Economisers, Deaerator & Feed Water Tank for Furnace Fabrica Client Grasim Industries under TUV & IBR Inspections Competencies
