Drawing review
Maintaining all welding quality documents like WPS,PQR and WQT
Preparation of weld maps according to site conditions
Visual inspection of welding
Coordinate NDT activities
Line checking of pipelines according to isometric drawings
Inspection of piping material traceability, Fit-up
Documents reviewing of Welding consumables batch certificates.
Monitoring welding consumables log sheet (In Baking, Holding and portable ovens)
Reviewing and approval of WPS with supported PQR documents
Check all the dimensions and orientation mentioned in the drawings
Inspection and witness Hydro testing, Pneumatic testing and flushing of piping system and prepare the necessary documents.
Check all piping systems and ensure that installation uses correct material sizes and location
