·As Cashier I was in charge of keeping up a few metrics. The main metrics involved displaying the loyalty program and getting people credit cards. The expectation of Sear’s loyalty program is 85% of people who shop are members or become members, which I was able to complete by getting enrollments by displaying the importance of being a member. As loyalty in members shopping within the company is important. Sears used their Master card and store level credit cards to bring people back and create a quota for cashiers. I easily kept the goal they set of 150% of people who applied for credit cards while shopping up and always ranging from 200%- 400% and being ranked in the top 20 credit performers in the company. The accomplishment lead to a more endowed role in the company.

·Cashier Lead involves helping the stores key metrics stay above a certain percentage. Credit is a percentage of how many dollars sold, each day can be accompanied by a customer applying for Sear’s credit cards. I was able to have my stores credit percentage as number one in our district and number four in the region. Also, this job included completing daily task at timely manners; placement of items for sales planners; training cashiers and another associate.
