Milk Federation of Punjab Govt. (Production and Marketing of VERKA brand of dairy products). The 4000 Cr turnover Dairy Federation of Punjab is the only body in the state which regulates milk/milk products supply through organized supply chain network of its unions. Milkfed, Punjab has 11 nos high tech milk plants in the state which cater to the need of all dairy products. (Working since Feb. 2013)

Working as Dy Manager (Finance & Accounts) at Mohali Plant with following KRAs :

Overall Supervision and Control of Accounts section of Verka Mohali Dairy.

Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss Account

Review of monthly budgets

Decision making on important issues at management level,

Worked as an Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance with the largest Real Estate company in India. DLF builds residential, office, hotels and retail properties. It has also forayed in infrastructure and special economic zones-related development projects. Turnover of the group is more than INR 9800 cr. (Worked from June 2010 to Feb.2013)

Managed Accounts and Finance of DLF Valley, Panchkula Project. The Rs 2500 crore residential and commercial project is spread in 118 acres in Panchkula, Haryana. Job profile included online maintenance of properties’ record of 2200 customers of DLF Valley Panchkula project. Handling Sales Accounting of these property accounts i.e. raising daily Demands, Reminders, Final Notices, Accounting and issue of Receipts for daily collections. MIS reports to HO like Age wise analysis of Debtors and creditors, Monthly POCM Report, Funds Position etc. Processing of contractors/suppliers’ payments. Preparation of Monthly Cash flow statement - Plan Vs Actual and co-ordinate with RO, Ensuring compliance with accounting guidelines w.r.t treatment of Site infra expenses, Adherence to statutory compliances and contract conditions/BOQs, Participation in commercial negotiation of local materials purchases, labour contracts, hiring / rental agreements, major administrative expenses, Ensuring compliance with mandatory statutory requirements e.g. VAT /Service Tax/ Contractors. Liaison with banks for APF (Approval for Project Funding).


Worked as a Member Finance (Professional Service Group being flat organization) with Accounts Section with the MNC construction company of Quark group. The company has entered into an SEZ venture and is developing an integrated township at A40A, Phase VIII, Mohali, Punjab. The INR 3000 crore project comprises construction of commercial and residential towers.

Job Profile included Treasury operations and Accounts Payables. Funds raising from banks for ongoing projects and working capital, Maintenance of Funds position, To manage all In-house investment portfolios including working capital, Long and Short-term investment strategies. Arranging Letter of Credits (LCs) and Bank Guarantees, Liaison with banks. Import payments via wire transfers and related documentations. Collection and conversion of foreign currencies and collection of FIRCs. MIS Reports and Authorization of Vendors’ payments, import payments via wire transfers.
