- Logging Calls for IT issues on branch PC’s and sending faulty equipment to Head Office.

- Sending Parcels & arranging collection of parcels with Courier Company.

- Ordering of front office supplier and keeping inventory of stock.

- Greet visitor and directing them to the appropriate person.

- Performing other clerical duties such filing, photocopying, transcribing and mailing.

- Handover of change order from generic email to Cash Processing department

- Completing Injury on Duty forms

- Filing and other within reason and in the interest of the company as required by management.

- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
