ESO is done 45days prior to BOL (Build on Line) date, as the captured issues need to solve by the design engineer. So that the assembly line shouldn’t be stopped for any of reason. PRICELIST

Pricelist is the process that are done as a NPI Program in specific application/platform

To avoid the assembly compatibility issue, overlap of groups, missed groups & application compatibility issues.

This is done with including all engine groups that goes with a specific application & validating based on their usage or requirement.

This is validated with producing a compatibility excel validation. That is produced as final output with issue slides that are useful for configuration engineer in placing the future orders without missing any parts or calling out non-compatible groups.
