o Consist of integrity between several components (DYNSIM, OLGA, TRISIM, Foxboro EVO with CHMI, Tristation) and has a total of 18 system (CPU) in the full architecture. o Onshore Terminal process is modelled in DYNSIM. DYNSIM Model is very big with nearly 350 flowsheets, with isometrics included.
o Subsea fields are modelled in Schlumberger OLGA and integrated to DYNSIM model inturn to the control system. SCP for simulation of Foxboro Evo DCS CPs(75+ CPs). TRISIM for simulation of Tristation ESD system.
• Worked on Ammonia Plant (Nutrien - OHIO) OTS Project: Modelled Shift Reactors, Purge Gas Recovery
(including Cold Box), etc. and integrated all the sub-models.

• Monitoring the plant while normal operation following SOP & maintaining the process parameters.
• Planned start-up, shut down and handling of plant emergencies.
• Co-ordination with junior operators for safe operation of the plant.
• De-contamination of towers, centrifugal gas compressors, pumps & exchangers etc.
