• Currently working as a Lead Engineer in Multi-purpose Design Simulator (MPDS) of Reliance-KGD6(Gas wells & Onshore Terminal). Project Highlights:

o Consist of integrity between several components (DYNSIM, OLGA, TRISIM, Foxboro EVO with CHMI, Tristation) and has a total of 18 system (CPU) in the full architecture. o Onshore Terminal process is modelled in DYNSIM. DYNSIM Model is very big with nearly 350 flowsheets, with isometrics included.

o Subsea fields are modelled in Schlumberger OLGA and integrated to DYNSIM model inturn to the control system. SCP for simulation of Foxboro Evo DCS CPs(75+ CPs). TRISIM for simulation of Tristation ESD system.

• Worked on Ammonia Plant (Nutrien - OHIO) OTS Project: Modelled Shift Reactors, Purge Gas Recovery

(including Cold Box), etc. and integrated all the sub-models.

• Lead Engineer – Ammonia Plant OTS(DYNSIM/PRO-II) Project Generic Model.

• Lead Engineer – ORPIC Offsite OTS (DYNSIM/PRO-II) Project: o Completed the project successfully meeting all the deadlines (MAT, FAT and SAT) of the project.

• Sulphur Recovery Unit (ORPIC):

o Modelled the Sulphur Recovery Unit in DYNSIM.

• Lead Engineer - Refinery Off-Gas OTS Project (TOTAL-Belgium): o Highly non-ideal process with very low temperatures. Includes Multi-stage compressors, Expanders, Cold-box, Adsorbers, DeMethanizer, DeEthaniser, Depropaniser, etc. Involved in preparation of Functional specification, physical property regressions, compressor curve regressions, modelling of UNSAT Train, C2 refrigeration and Amine sections of the plant.

• Completely handled the project H2 Unit with Methanator (Dynamic simulation) starting from Functional specifications to end of the project.

• Worked on dynamic simulation projects like FCC, Naphtha Hydrotreating Unit, Solvent deasphalting Unit, Three phase separator, Gas Oil Separation Plant, etc.

• Involved in quality check of the dynamic simulators before issuing it to the customer.

• Issued training to Instructors of INSTEP-PETRONAS (Malaysia) for Envision Simulators on CDU, Compressors, Controls, etc.

• Prepared Tutorial scripts for Amine Treating Unit, Propane Refrigeration, Centrifugal Compressor models, etc.

Where sieve tray absorption & stripping columns are used to enrich deuterium (D) by bi-thermal exchange process.

Here 400 Tons of H2S is handled in 10 pairs of sieve tray columns with 75 trays each, 10 no’s of centrifugal compressors (capacity 600 tons/hr.) to circulate H2S.

• Monitoring the plant while normal operation following SOP & maintaining the process parameters.

• Planned start-up, shut down and handling of plant emergencies.

• Co-ordination with junior operators for safe operation of the plant.

• De-contamination of towers, centrifugal gas compressors, pumps & exchangers etc.

• Preparing Order to Operate (OTO) for decontamination / line-up of equipment. SUPERVISOR (OPERATIONS) May 2002 – June 2004
