Sr. HR Associate

Payroll and Compliance Management

Monthly Payroll input preparation for all the PropTiger entities (having total 1700+ employees) and sending it to the vendor for processing and doing the output reconciliation.

Checking the data of payroll vendor for the data accuracy.

Preparing report for the finance team every month for payroll cost & variances.

Exit clearance & processing: full & final forms to be processed within 30 days from the last working day of the employee. F&F to be processed twice in a month. No escalations from employees on F&F calculations.

After validating the Bank details of the employees, uploading the consolidate final amount of salary/ reimbursement/ full and final in the respective bank A/c.

Coordination to all the compliances and matters pertaining to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labor registration, Bonus & Liaison with local bodies with the help of compliance vendor and Legal team.

Vendor Management: Renewal of agreement/ Policies and managing SLA/ payout related to Payroll, Mediclaim & Gratuity Vendor.

To ensure that all St. compliance challan payment should be paid before the due date and Be the HR spoc to support all level audit requirements in partnership with finance team.

Compensation and Benefits Administration

Monitoring the employee’s compensation (salary structure) and benefits

(rewards, perks) provisions to ensure a balance between cost control and talent attraction & retention.

Participate in compensation and benefits survey of all branches and share the results with COE teams with recommendation.

Liaise with benefits providers to ensure that they have accurate records for those enrolled in the various benefits (Health insurance, ESOP, Birthday- Festival voucher, Meal voucher etc.)

Accounting and coordination with the insurers for the insurances.

Coordinating with the TPA, Insurer and Broker for medical insurance claims.

Conducting monthly review meeting with TPA & broker for claim management. HR Budgeting and Employee Lifecycle

Manpower Planning & HR budgeting exercise for next financial year, data maintenance and working with senior management team for finalization.

Employee Lifecycle and Data Management: Ensuring error free and smooth Employee cycle management (Joining till exit). Ensuring employee data management both in physical and electronic form (HRIS).
