Position Responsibilities:

Coordinate and participate in new Team Member recruitment, interview and selection activities, and orientation. Facilitate Team Member Training and development, utilizing corporate training programs. Use company software to insure maximization of payroll dollars. Oversee compliance with federal, State and Local requirements including Workers compensation, incident reports, WOTC and ADP reviews. Responsible for managing all day to day operations of the restaurant and bar including inventory, marketing, customer and supplier relations, bookkeeping, sanitation procedures, maintenance, interviewing, hiring and training of all staff, public relations within the community, oversight of all menu items and implementing and marketing any new promotions.

Developed and implemented an employee handbook for all positions including organizational development, safety compliance, needs assessment and training, policy development and documentation, compliance to all safety and sanitation regulations, adherence to all company policies and procedures.
