Duties and responsibilities handled as QA/QC Manager

Supervise and manage all Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) functions in the workplace and manage a team of QC Engineers and QC Inspectors for day to day QA/QC functions.

Preparation and getting client approval of Project Quality Plan, ITP’s, QC procedures in accordance with contract specifications and company quality control system requirements.

Interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.

Monitor the project activities and implementation of the customer and company quality control system requirements and advise the project manager in case of any deviation.

Act as a focal and coordination point for ISO internal and external audits and to conduct internal and operation audits

Responsible for compiling Inspection records and other Quality control documents and preparation of final document dossier for final client submission.

To coordinate non-conformance identification, disposition and corrective action follow up.

Ensure that all inspections are executed efficiently and expeditiously in order to comply with the master construction schedule.

Responsible for liaising, coordinating, advising and instructing the Managerial staff and all matters relative to Quality Control at site.

Review, Verification and Approving of subcontractor submittals such as Material submittals, Procedures, ITPs, Method statements etc. in line with Project Specifications

Establish, implement and maintain all the site quality control, technical and any computer integrated control systems

Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are at current status
