Major focus on this project to analysis and test Mediation system in iteration process and Report the progress to Client in-house product. Project Name: SalesForce CRM End –End Ordering flow – Testing Project. (Client: Clearwire USA) Scope: This project is to perform End-end Test on the implementation of Salesforce CRM to replace existing CRM system (Amdoc). Salesforce CRM integrates with Oracle SOA to manage its processes like integrate with Inventory system and its work flow.
