JOB DESCRIPTION

General administrative tasks such as faxing, photocopying, scanning, filing, binding and printing, preparation for mail shots & answer telephone / emails in a polite and efficient manner ask full message and initiate the necessary action. Prepare attendance/timesheets & contracts of employment and prepare annual, monthly Weekly, daily reports, Forecast & performance appraisal, maintain all HR records timekeeping program operating/payroll for accounts, all kinds of memorandums/ forms, formats time to time required, office memorandums including holiday and sickness records.And as per management requires policy time to time needs.

COMPUTER LITERACY

D.I.T: Diploma of Information Technology in 2000 from (S.B.T.E) Karachi.
