1.In Modern Construction, I involved to construct 14 Individual Companies having Molding, Finishing,Storage for raw material and finished goods building including substation building,security building, Overhead and underground sump with all service roads and compound wall for M/s Simpson Group of Companies at Maraimalai Nagar, Mathavaram and Mount Road, Chennai. M/s. TAFE Masifercusion Tractor Company and Plastic Division at Dhatpalapur Karnataka. etc.
2.In Consolidated construction consortium Ltd I involved to construct Multipurpose Hall at M/s Trade Center Nandhampackkam, Chennai. GMR sugarcane industries at Rajam, Srikakulam district, Andrapradesh etc.,
3.In Vijaya raja &Co, I involved to Construct M/s Primmer Group Mills at Arasur, Shark Tool Tech Pvt Ltd at Malumichampatti, M/s LGP Company at Kovilpalayam etc.
4.In Mahalakshimi Construction Co, I involved to Construct Kovai Vithiyasiramam School at Kovilpalayam and Kanga yam. And also finished Nandhanam Apartments at Saravanampatty having 200houses.
Duties and Job Responsibilities in India
1.Dealing with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractor related to Project drawings, Progress, Billing, Claims, Disputes, Variations and Budgeting.
2.To Coordinate with Site Staffs and Subcontractor and maintain site progress as per our planning and schedules.
3.In site weekly meeting coordinate with Client, Consultant and Sub-contractor discuss and fulfill with their requirements and maintain site progress as per original schedules and Quality.
4.Prepare Subcontractor and Suppliers bills with site QS team and Monitor the same along with Zero Cost Report.
5.Project running bill payment follow-up with Consultant and client. If any additional items report to consultant and client time to time for approval and included in running bills.
6.Make sure to complete the project with in the Budget, Quality and Time limit.
Duties and Job Responsibilities in Dubai
1. Post Contract work
Dealing with clients, consultants and Chartered Quantity surveyors related to project billing, Claims, disputes, variations and budgeting.
Sending enquiry to the suppliers/subcontractors to obtain the quotations, also preparing Comparative statements and negotiating the prices with them& Prepare LOI.
Getting approval of monthly interim and final Valuation by the consultant & client.
Claiming Variation claims, Extension of Time etc., as per conditions of contract.
Preparing monthly interim and final bill for Subcontractors/suppliers based on the scope of Works and materials supplied.
Preparing all sorts of letter correspondence with Clients, sub-contractors and consultants pertaining to the project.
Preparing letter of intent for the subcontract Works and local purchase order for the supply of materials.
2. Pre contract work:
Involved with a group of Quantity surveyors by doing all aspects of tendering works. By using Software ON - SCREEN TAKE OFF.
Preparing rate analysis by obtaining present market prices for materials, labors and plants.
Sending enquiry to the suppliers/ sub-contractors to obtain the Quotation from them for tendering purpose.
Preparing bill of quantities and submitting to the Clients and Consultants.
3. Cost Control Department Work:
Checking Subcontractor & Supplier bills from Various Project Site as per our BOQ & Company LOI, Our basic budget Cost& Valuation Claim from Client.
Check if extra Claim from Subcontractor / Supplier due to Variation as per our Client/Consultant Approval.
Request from Site for material & Equipment Should Controlled as per our basic budget Cost.
Visit Site and discuss with PM &Site QS about Monthly Valuation Claim& Other Cost Control related Issues.
Check Major sub-Contractor Qty & Compare with Our budgeted Qty & Cost, Our Valuation Claim and give Report to Management Periodically.
Monitoring Petty Expenses from Site & Monthly Once Checking Site Stock Materials, Unused Scaffolding & Other Equipment details and give Report to Management Etc.,
