These applications provide premium experience for AT&T representatives and customers for all their mobility and technology needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Facilitate scrum for CORAL and Sales Force (SaaS) Launch In Context configuration team for Retail Application Development to create a next generation platform for seamlessly handling for IVR calls.

Analyze Business, System & Technical Requirements, Solution Designs and Estimate Planning.
