KPMG CIO Advisory West Chester, PA July 2018 – 2020 Pandemic

AI and Cloud Costing Business Development Leader

Developed and spearheaded the sale of a repeatable AI costing, cloud costing, and cloud cost optimization engagement processes. Worked on the internal Digital Business Transformation team to redefine how KPMG charges back for internal and client cloud projects on AWS, GCP, and Azure. Created AI and cloud computing business cases and onramp plans for clients. Developed KPMG’s relationships with cloud cost management vendors like Flexera/Rightscale. Also led Agile sprints for the implementation of Servicenow at a major east coast utility company. Lead the development of plans to migrate a Texas based 52 hospital healthcare network to AWS.

10% savings projected on a client data center option by creating a renewable process for conducting data center strategy development that included making cases for in-house and outsourced IT activities at Proquest.

Oracle Corporation Redwood City, CA 1997- 2006

Vice President

Tasked to develop a business solutions consulting group to close large deals. Led the Oracle Internet Procurement solutions team that supported sales and implemented new Internet Procurement products. I started the outsourcing business, Oracle OnDemand, and drove sales of the early deals.

$23 million in first-year revenue earned, over a $20 million target, for a new Internet Procurement offering by driving a cross-functional sales and consulting team that also resulted in an Oracle Impact Award.

Led the training efforts for all Oracle System Integration Partners for Internet Procurement campaign

Originated the Oracle business consulting group to develop value-based sales opportunities using a repeatable process to quickly derive a legitimate ROI from a solution.
