Cocoa Touton Processing Company of Ghana, Freezone enclave, Tema July, 2016 – Date CPC/TOUTON TOLLING PROJECT COORDINATOR

• Work closely with Process Monitoring and Evaluation Department of CPC to determine the actual tonnage of cocoa beans processed in addition to the resultant semi-finished products obtained.

• Undertakes simple process control duties; monitoring and recording readings on all gauges, flow meters and weight meters daily.

• Climb liquor, butter and cake tanks at both factories to ascertain stock levels for all work-in-progress and finished products daily.

• Check the transfer of finished products from the production floors to the warehouse for storage and records

• Monitor production floor activities and report on production efficiency and problem areas.

• Prepare Raw Beans and Operational reports.

• Check all Food safety and Quality related issues

• Cross check shipment documents.

• Work on stickers for shipment.

• Liaise with CPC Lab analysts to pick sample of products for further analyses. Quality Control Analyst ( Quality Department )

• Relay results of analyses to production department and supervise corrections and corrective actions where specifications were violated.

• Supervise all activities of assistants including preparation of sample containers, sample collection, control processes and maintain a clean and aseptic work area in the laboratory.

• Supervise Assistant to undertake analyses of winnowed nibs; nibs in shell and shells in nibs.

• Routine checks on production floors.

• Ensure that all sanitation rules and regulations are strictly observed.

• Pick random air samples from the factory to ascertain the effectiveness of the cleaning program as well as cleaning material.

• Random swabs of personnel in contact with food, food contact surfaces, and air samples to ascertain the efficiency of cleaning procedure as well as the hygiene status of floors and personnel.

• Monthly inventory of equipment, chemical and stocks.

• Perform any other analyses at the critical points of production as necessary, in addition to other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
