JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the input and translation of the scientific information about nutrition into practical advice to support the catering production team develops and serve health-conscious meals. Monitor meals service in ensure correct dietary orders are followed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the diet office and the day to day operational delivery of the business processes provided by the Menu Logistics (ML) food service information system including inputting meal orders, implementation of correct meals, monitoring and evaluation of the ML system.

Maintain appropriate database supporting all ML modules. Printing correct meal order for each meal service.

Review, recommend and perform changes required to the system to meet the day to day business requirements.

Maintain meal request system documentation.

Ensure nutritional information of all diet is completed accurately and information is maintained.

Monitor Compass Production Team and Service Team to ensure accurate meals are served as per the order.

Ensure production team and service team have knowledge to follow the standards required by the client.

Maintain familiarity with industry development and advancement.

Communicate and document all system failures, and unusual delays and impacts to patient care.

Demonstrate effective working relationships with technical, operational, clinical, vendor and client and staff.

Manage diet office's, process and meal delivery system related to ML to ensure efficiency.

Evaluate new products and services, e.g. menu items or technology for potential application within the client account.

Develop, implement and maintain system backups and emergency recovery procedures for the department.
