ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Evaluating New Position as per Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation method & Developing Job Description with the Line Managers.
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in SAP to maintain and update payroll information.
Compiling summaries of Labours overtime cost, deductions, Claims & leaves.
Preparing End of services of Hourly employees as per UAE Labour Law.
Resolving payroll discrepancies.
Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
Preparation of financial and operational reports as needed.
Maintaining Time & Attendance records for Hourly & Monthly Employees follow ups &Approvals in SAP for around 3200 Employees.
Ensuring Hourly Employees salaries are transferred to MINT Payroll System.
SMS Pay slip to Employees on a monthly basis
Preparing Memos related to business requirements.
Reviewing Contract of New Joiners as per contract in SAP(Salaries, grade, position, bank details etc.).
Preparing Fund Plan on a Quarterly base to Finance for Payroll budget.
Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes, job titles, and department changes in SAP
General HR& Administrative Functions:
Providing supports to department as an when required on a daily basis
Respond to Management & Employees on HR queries
Review and ensure effectiveness of day to day functions of the Human Resources department including payroll and employee relations
Ensure employees` grievances are handled and sorted out as per company policy
Maintain accurate records and compile statistical reports relating to personnel data, e.g hires, transfers, turnover, absenteeism rate, performance appraisals, leaves
Prepare all internal, external letters, Memo etc.
Assisting employees in opening salary Account with banks.
Preparing Employee Dossier as and when required.
Assisting employees in Exit Check list clearance
Handling Petty Cash, Stationary purchases.
Correspondence Incoming/Out going, distribution, filling, call handling, retrieving of documents & drawing submittals.
Preparing leave schedules and planning for personnel.
