Dear Hiring Manager,
After almost two decades of progressive management experience, I am seeking a new opportunity with a customer-facing organization to contribute my managerial and customer service skills. The posted position sparked my interest, and I am confident my experience and skill set align with the qualifications outlined.
While most recently employed as General Manager of a self-storage complex, I have also held a variety of hospitality positions where I managed teams and budgets and mastered a variety of software configurations, many of which are now obsolete due to recurring system upgrades. Two of the more recent systems I mastered were Syrasoft, PMS, and Sitelink among other brand specific and custom applications.
Additionally, I have balanced 12 food and beverage outlets, and worked in the following areas -- audit, manager on duty, front office, loss prevention, credit manager, accounting, task force member – and in general property management.
