INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE
For Phakisa at Bayer- 2020(December)-2021(February) I had the privilege to do an internship at Bayer Lichtenburg. With this internship I had the following duties and responsibilities: MIE, Interviews
(evaluation (Excel test), Scoring of evaluation (Recording of all scores). Compiling candidate packs & summary), Supreme filing and site visit, 2021 Planning, PPE managing and organizing, Payroll, VAS, Recruitment and Medicals for all employees. (For a more detailed explanation refer to the Excel sheet). I learned a lot of Human resource management responsibilities as well as more about labor relations in a practical context. I also noticed that I have a talent in recruiting as all my chosen CVs was appointed after their interviews. I also realized the importance of kindness as a Human Resource Manager but still having a firmness in your kindness.
This internship was such a big asset and learning experience towards the building blocks of my future.

PART-TIME JOB EXPERIENCE
Babysitter – 2020 (June-August)
I helped to keep the 2 Children occupied during the strict lockdown period with activities to help them develop. As well as normal babysitting duties. (Caring for their well-being)
Tutor for STTN- 2021 (August-December)
I tutored two students in this subject as they struggled to understand the subject due to online studying.
